I knew about ASE as I have dealt with them before and that is why I had no hesitations about working with them. Those who I worked with are very clean, efficient, polite and very professional and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

I had been recommended ASE by a friend. At the time my only hesitation when working with them was financial. The best thing about working with ASE is the professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, the reliability, and not having to work with different trades, but knowing they would turn up to do what was promised was reassuring. I would recommend ASE as a company but don't know anybody locally with a project in mind. There was just one minor thing I would have liked to have done differently when I went away for a week while the floor was being laid being able to do that, completely trusting 5 or 6 workmen in my home was a massive positive), but while I was away a couple of small decisions were made, without me being asked about what I wanted. These were rectified by Scott the Project Manager but could have been avoided. Mostly the experience was very positive and I am very happy with the result and quality of workmanship, 5 stars overall. Scott was very efficient and keen to make sure I got the result I wanted. Luke was superb. He was patient with me when I asked questions and was so keen to do an excellent quality job. When I was away he sent images and video footage of what they'd done that day and that was incredibly reassuring. He and everyone work hard, and long hours and I couldn't have asked for more.

I had used ASE before for another project and had no hesitation when working with them again. I liked how professional they are and would recommend them to other people as they do a good job. The only thing I would have liked to have done differently at the time was to have the project done sooner, it did take longer than expected. ASE probably are not the cheapest, but they are worth the price you pay, the workmanship is very good, 4 stars and I am very pleased with the end result, 5 stars.

I heard about ASE from my neighbour. I waited quite a while for a quote after I visited the showroom but the staff are great and supplied clear information and all work to high standards. The ASE Installation team are excellent. They arrived early, worked hard and to a very high standard. They were very tidy and they accommodated our decision to add tiling to the project at short notice. They still finished the project within the timescale we were expecting. I would recommend ASE to anyone undertaking a home improvement project. I am happy with the end result. Thank you!

We have just had a new shower enclosure fitted by ASE. Daniel in the showroom has excellent knowledge of product ranges so we had no hesitation about working with him on design and product supply.
